About Wendy Spain

I have lived and worked in the Hampton Roads area for over 25 years.

My professional background includes ten years of experience in Real Estate sales, including the transaction side of operations. I began my Real Estate career in 2005 as a transaction coordinator for a team of five top producing agents. I greatly enjoy helping buyers and sellers directly with their real estate transactions.

After several years of sales, I am very excited to be working as the office manager for Team Estes. I am truly the most happy and productive on the transaction side of the business and look forward to working with you
