Business Philosophy
When I decided to become a full-time REALTOR, I had an underlying business philosophy to exceed my client’s expectations and offer superior service on an individual basis. This has helped me build a strong loyal client base. My clients do not only consider me their REALTOR, but a friend. This has led in their confidence to refer me to their friends, family, neighbors, and business associates.
I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in December of 1992 and hold the following designations in real estate: GRI-Graduate REALTOR Institute, ABR-Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and Coldwell Banker Certified Negotiation Specialist.
In 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2009, 2010, 2011. 2012. 2013, 2104, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 I received the “Gold Outstanding Sales Award” for the volume of closed transactions totaling millions of dollars in real estate sales. In 2007 & 2008, I received the “Platinum Sales Award” for the volume of closed transitions totaling 4 million or more. REALTOR Of The Year Coldwell Banker Advantage 2007 & 2008.
Our slogan, “Exceeding Clients Expectations One House at a Time,” has been the backbone of our mission statement. In today’s fast past society, it seems that receiving “quality service” is a thing of the past. However, this is not the case with the clients we serve.
Technology And Real Estate
I’ve prided myself on using the latest sales and marketing tools and techniques to provide the very best high-tech service to my clients. I’ve found that the latest technologies, far from depersonalizing the sales process, actually help me to give even more personalized service to my clients due to the better communication, information and home marketing they make possible. The bottom line: faster sales, top-dollar for my clients, and less inconvenience and stress for everyone involved.
